Retirees
Any adult (18 years old and older) currently employed by or retired from The University of Arizona is eligible for membership. The member must present their University CatCard at time of enrollment. Retirees must show their University Retirees Identification Card or CatCard in order to purchase
memberships.
Retirees are eligible to sign up for one semester at a time or annually.

Membership fees can be paid at the Campus Recreation Business Office. Fees can be paid by cash, check, debit, Visa,
American Express, MasterCard or via payroll deduction (see next paragraph).
Retiree Household Member
Household members of employees/retirees are eligible to sign up for one semester at a time or annually. The household member must have the same or lessor length of membership than the employee. The price per semester is
$95.00, $250.00 annually or $330.00 for the annual plus.
Special Summer Memberships
Students (18 years old or older) who were enrolled in another university during the spring semester and are in Tucson for the summer are eligible for membership. Students must present their university ID card, a picture identification (driver's license) and their previous semester's grade report or proof of fees paid at time of enrollment.
Pima CC students are eligible for summer membership only.

Faculty (18 years old or older) on the Visiting Scholars Program qualify for temporary membership. A picture identification and either a visiting scholar ID card or a letter from the department head (on letterhead) stating the dates of
the visit along with "Visiting Scholar" are required to purchase a membership.
Membership terms vary based upon the length of time the member will be on campus. Depending on how long the member will be on campus, the member will have one week to purchase a CatCard from the University CatCard Office.
The prices for visiting memberships vary based on the length of time the member will be on campus. The following scale will be used.
- 1-3 days $7/day
- 4-30 days $31
- 31-60 days $63
- over 60 $95*
*CatCard is required.

along with "Visiting Student" are required to purchase a membership.

Non-Student Sport Club Members (NSSCM)
Each recognized sport club may have NSSCM (18 years old or older) participate with the sport club, not to exceed 10% of the sport club student membership. The official sport club representative will provide approval for the NSSCM. Memberships will be sold after the Campus Recreation Assistant Director for Sport Club has approved the list and number of NSSCM. NSSCM must present a picture ID at time of membership purchase. A special access card will be provided at time of purchase. This card and a photo ID must be shown to enter and use each facility.
The membership term is one semester ending on the last day of regularly scheduled practice for that sport club. The membership provides access to Campus Recreation Facilities during the regularly scheduled practices and registered events only.
The price per semester is $43.23
for spring and fall, which includes a $3.23

Special Groups/Camps
Customized options for facility access/rental are available for university groups and/or camps. Group reservations/access: when all of your participants (or a pre-determined number of members in the group) enter the facilities as a group, doing an activity as a group, and your participants leave together.
Specific entry: allows your participants access into the building during specific hours or on just a few days (less than 10 days). Their entry is not mandatory nor do they need to participate as a group.

Groups affiliated with the U of A in some capacity. There are 3 types of groups: Minors, Adults and Students. These groups can vary from sports camps, groups from U of A departments or groups outside the U of A here for convention or other reason.
Cost: Group Reservation: The fee for entry for this type of group will be determined per contract via space and individual group needs. (link to facilities page possibly?) Payment: Cash, Check, MC/Visa,
American Express or IBF (interdepartmental billing form).

The fee for access is determined by the number of times the participant enters the facility, rather than the number of days they have access. This entry will be controlled by a special "Access/Day Pass" cards. The card will indicate when these participants have access, what they need, (counselors, payment, picture ID, waiver, etc.) and will be collected at the front desk of the facility.
