Special Groups/Camps
Customized options for facility access/rental are available for university groups and/or camps. Group reservations/access: when all of your participants (or a pre-determined number of members in the group) enter the facilities as a group, doing an activity as a group, and your participants leave together.
Specific entry: allows your participants access into the building during specific hours or on just a few days (less than 10 days). Their entry is not mandatory nor do they need to participate as a group.

Groups affiliated with the U of A in some capacity. There are 3 types of groups: Minors, Adults and Students. These groups can vary from sports camps, groups from U of A departments or groups outside the U of A here for convention or other reason.
Cost: Group Reservation: The fee for entry for this type of group will be determined per contract via space and individual group needs. (link to facilities page possibly?) Payment: Cash, Check, MC/Visa,
American Express or IBF (interdepartmental billing form).
To be determined by the individual needs of the group.
The fee for access is determined by the number of times the participant enters the facility, rather than the number of days they have access. This entry will be controlled by a special
Temporary Card or other process as determined by Recreation Services. The card will indicate when these participants have access, what they need, (counselors, payment, picture ID, waiver, etc.) and will be collected at
Recreation Services, first floor of the facility.
