In Group Fitness Classes…
A Working Professional Fitness Pass will allow you to attend Group Fitness classes Monday through Friday from 6:00am-1:00pm. Everything from cardio dance, step, introduction to weight training, resistance training, core conditioning, and yoga is offered to meet all of your needs for a well-balanced fitness program that caters to you.
In Specialty Classes…
Our Specialty Classes are offered for interests in specific areas such as Weight Loss, Weight Training, Mind/Body, Dance, Sports Conditioning, or Martial Arts. Each specialty class progresses steadily from introductory movement into more advanced techniques in order to build your skills gradually and effectively. Classes are taught by experts in their field, with extensive credentials, certifications, and experience to guarantee the highest caliber of instruction available.
In the Fitness Center…
Your fitness program needs to meet you where you are. A Fitness Assessment is the knowledge you need and the key to your success whether you want to begin a personal fitness program or improve your current training regimen. Your certified personal trainer will use functional movement patterns for postural, stability, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular assessments. Body composition and circumference measurements will also be used to identify a base from which change can take place.
A Beginner Strength Equipment Orientation pairs you one-on-one with a personal trainer to learn about the proper use of commonly used equipment and exercise guidelines. You will be provided with a beginner strength program to help you get started and then progress on your own. Don’t let the Fitness Center be overwhelming if you are not familiar with exercise or the stationary equipment...we can help!
A Beginner Cardio Equipment Orientation. Cardio training can be enjoyable when you select the appropriate mode of exercise that is right for you. Work one-on-one with a personal trainer who will teach you proper use of commonly used equipment, exercise guidelines, and provide you with a beginner cardio program to help you get started and then progress on your own.
