Fitness Activities

These non-credit classes offer educational experiences for a wide variety of interests. The classes are progressive in nature as opposed to a more informal drop-in basis. We pride ourselves on the caliber of our instructors, who are specialized in their respective disciplines. Our programming is always evolving to meet the diversified and changing interests and needs of our students, faculty, staff and university community.

Space is limited and registrants must sign up the Friday before the first day of class.  Classes not meeting the minimum participant requirements
will be cancelled at the close of business on the registration deadline dates.

Q: How do I register for Fitness Activities?

A: You can sign up for Fitness Activities at Recreation Services located at The Rec Center. The Rec Center is located on 6th Street and Highland. Please contact the business office at 626-3396 for class availability and more information.
